Return window

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Contact us before sending anything back. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, wrong, or missing items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
