This policy applies to purchases made directly through wayfairusa.com. It does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after the order is delivered. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the condition received, with original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and supplied seals. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return

Email hello@wayfairusa.com before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item, the reason for the request, and photographs when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what you ordered.

If approved, we will provide written return instructions and the applicable return address. Do not send a return to an address printed on a parcel or displayed elsewhere unless our support team confirms that address for your return.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Contact us within 30 days after delivery if an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. For visible shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days when reasonably possible so carrier evidence can be preserved. Keep the item, packaging, and shipping label until we confirm the next step.

Return Shipping and Refund Timing

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless we agree otherwise in writing. If we confirm that the item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete because of our error, we will provide the appropriate instructions and cover reasonable return shipping when a return is required.

We will notify you after an approved return is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time, commonly up to 10 business days, to post the credit.
